I participated in Glenn's Strategic Mindset quarterly work sessions and meet with him on a monthly basis and I can say that he has transformed the way I look at my business and how I run my business. Before joining, my business was already seeing a growth so I was hesitant to put the time and energy into hiring a growth coach. Needless to say I took a leap of faith and I was amazed at how much I learned. I may have been growing my business but I was running myself into the ground. If I could put a 10, I would. I do not come from an entreprenurial background, and when I reached the limit of my knowledge in improving my business, Glenn was there to help. I am completing the last 3 months of his 2 year program now, and I have gone from having the wrong people on the bus and mediocre revenues to getting the right people in the right jobs, and increasing my revenues significantly year over year (looking at 35-40% growth this year alone). Systems, people. It's all about the systems. Stop working yourself to death in your business, start working on it, and be the business owner you imagined when you started. Most of my friends are business owners as well, and I tell them the same thing I'm telling you- give Glenn a call, he can help you get to the next level.
