I've been using GVO for over 5 years and their up time is on par with most major hosts that I've used in the past. They also offer lots of internet marketing tools as part of their reseller suite and have good technical support that I've been able to successfully contact whenever problems arise with my websites.

All tech support is outsourced to India. If you call billing you reach the Philippines.This has caused so many issues. They are so slow to respond to tickets and they do not read the ticket, instead they assume they know what you want and answer the ticket. But since it takes 8 hours between them responding to a ticket it takes days to get everything done.Also the phone number here on google maps is wrong!They are way over priced for a dedicated server to be offering such crappy support.
