I hired Michael from Gowhidbey to DJ my wedding, but he just didnt show up! We had a signed contract, he took our deposit, and even talked with my parents about songs 2 weeks before the wedding. When he didn't show, my parents, brothers, wedding planner, and the venue all called him multiple times yet he never responded or answered. The next day he acted as if he didnt know who I was, said his wires got crossed and thought a text message apology was appropriate. Then, as if he couldn't get any more unprofessional, when my family posted the experience and review, he blew it off, responding that he had multiple contracts for that weekend and couldn't find mine. He is extremely unprofessional and cannot be relied upon. Unless you want your DJ to no call no show your wedding, stay far away!!

Absolutely horrible experience with this vendor. All things were fine, when my fiance and I met with them, we were able to get all our questions answered, and they even went over a play list with us. However, the day of our wedding, NO ONE SHOWED UP! Even after repeated phone calls from, not only the father of the bride, but also the brother's of the bride and groom, and no one answering. To make things better, you will get a kick out of this one, he finally contacts my (now) wife the next day, and has the gaul to pretend, first, that he didn't realize who he was talking to, then to say, he doesn't know what happened and there was a snafu. WELL DUH!! I will say, he did refund our $100 deposit, but that is not nearly enough given the lack of professionalism, and communication, and everything else they put us through. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY!

I wish I could leave zero stars. He completely no call no showed for my sister's wedding yesterday. He did not answer or return any phone calls, he then had the nerve to pretend he knew nothing about it when my sister got ahold of him this morning about getting her deposit back. Seriously, DO NOT us this guy.

Despite the other negative reviews, we booked Michael and he did great, even playing longer than agreed upon. We are incredibly happy with the services provided.
