BEWARE!! This company does not stand by their service! We hired them for some light landscaping. They did a mediocre job at best. I would recommend everyone stays away from these people and look else where.

I was recommended to use this company by a friend who said he received immediate attention from the owner when he posted an inquiry on their website. I was impressed and did the same thing and haven't heard back (it has been 4 days). I called two days ago, spoke with the receptionist who said that I would hear from one of two sales people. I never heard back, called today to learn they are swamped and I should call back in a few days if I don't hear back from them. Where's the customer service? We are all swamped but I learned from a family of business owners that the customer comes first.

If I could I would given it - 5. They want us to pay upfront, but the never provided quality service while they charge outrageously high. They kept adding services that I didn't want, and gave us ill advice. All my trees are doing very well and green, but they suggested that I should cut it down since it looked like dead in his eye. They don't show up many times and maintained my lawn like a jungle. It's embarrassing to have such long lawn grass. Their rate is more than double of others. My neighbor also was very unhappy that they never renewed contract.
