Sweet lady at the front desk, immensely patient. Jeff the technician knows his stuff. Great reputation in the area for taking care of customers in-store or on-site. Don't mind if there's a wait: Being that kind of busy is a good thing to look for in a tech shop.

Wonderful to do business with. Have been dealing with this company since the doors were opened. Honest, fair and patient. I am 85 years young and was unable to bring my computer in for a malware problem. Jeffrey, the owner, came over the next day and fixed all my issues. I highly recommend Computers and more. Awesome!!! I had them install a keyboard in my HP Laptop. $20. Don’t waste your time at Office Depot or your money at the Apple store!! Go see these guys!!!

My Fiancee decided to suplex my laptop on the bed. It wouldn't turn back on. Decided to try this place out. In 48 hours I got a call saying it was fixed with just a power flush and that because it was so simple there wouldn't be a charge. Thanks Gtex for saving my marriage.

Great service. Had a problem re-installing Windows so took it to Gtex. They got it fixed in a couple of hours and installed latest version of Windows. All at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use these guys again.

All the employees were very helpful and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with my computer. When I was having screen issues, they explained what was causing the problem and gave me a lower price to replace my (relatively expensive) screen than another shop did. It ended up that my computer had a rare problem that wasn't fixed by changing the screen, but they discounted the new repair I needed because of this, and ensured that my problem was fixed by the time I needed to go back to school in another state. It took a lot of work to fix my screen, and I feel that not many other places would have worked with me like they did. Strongly recommend this shop.

If you're looking around for a computer repair shop, stop looking. You've found the best one. Technicians know what they're doing, Customer service is truly excellent. I had a fantastic experience when my computer's graphics card needed to be replaced. They were so courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Technician named Jeffrey helped me and he was wonderful.

Very hard to get in contact with, hours on door and voicemail are different and hard to get return calls. Requested a call from the owner 5 times; NEVER HAPPENED. But, on the positive side, spoke to a man named Ed that was very helpful, great customer service and accountable. Called and left 2 messages for him to call back but, DOUBT, he ever got them because I have not heard back and that was 35 days ago. I was calling to purchase 10 computers for my businesses!!!!!! Decided to go elsewhere. Once you get an accountable person they actual do good work and stand behind their product!
