I have enjoyed living in Healing Waters for 8 years. The waters are fabulous, the people are a wonderful mix, and the weather is a gift - mostly!Management transitions tend to be challenging. However, we are blessed with Martha Almaraz, who is the manager ofour neighbor park, and very experienced. She is helping our transistions, as well as run her park. I very much appreciate Martha's knowledge, patience, and good heart.May we all strive for CCM's value statement: integrity, excellence, team, respect, accountability.

Was visiting this Park few times, always satisfied. There is a new host every time . This last winter was the worst. Generally no hot water in showers, all in quite of disrepair, and thats not all. They collect at the biggining a $100.00 deposit for water and electricity. The actual cost for small trailer is about $15/month. They prommised to sent the reminder by mail, but never arrived even after multiple urgecies. Be aware ! After the owner promised to look in to this matter, and 2 month later still nothing !

Seemed nice and quiet. Grounds kept clean.Rent is a little higher than other similar parks near by. Nice pool area. Seasonal snow birds go away for the summer. Still has a good view of nature in the surrounding area.

Wonderful place, people were so nice. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling in the area. Manager is fantastic! Will be coming back a lot more.

Great place to stay. Cheap, friendly and pretty. Great office staff. Close to all of the valley and only 2 hours to LA and San Diego.
