Called and was set up with internet in 5 mins flat, my house already had equipment from previous owner and they just flipped it right on. Service person on phone was easy and friendly. Highly recommend.

Best Internet service in the Spicewood / Briarcliff / Lake Travis area - Had service and support from Bruce and team since 2003 and they do a great job of overcoming all manner of issues to bring robust internet service to areas that have struggled to have such service for years. While the technology is an exact science, the deployment is as much art as it is science and Hill Country Web really does their best to make things simple for the customer and reliable as possible. As with all services affected by weather and environment, people will have issues from time to time with any service, but it is about how your service provider responds when you need them that really sets them above the rest and HCW goes above and beyond the call of duty all the time.

I've used a couple providers out here near the Spicewood Airport and HCW has by far been the best experience. I'm paying for 12 down/12 up and usually get very close to that when I test the speed. For the first time ever I can watch HD streams here at the cabin and from what my friend told me the quality for gaming is impressive for a wireless internet provider. It's tough living in the sticks and feeling like you're missing out on a big part of culture by not having reasonable internet, HCW fixed that and I'm posting this on their service now, right before I go enjoy Netflix in HD thanks to their dish so I'll give it a 5/5.

These guys offer a valuable service--and a rare one. There is no reliable internet out here so they hook you up directly to their radio towers. Bam! high speed internet out in the country, works like a charm.
