I sold hundreds of new homes in HF over 8 years. When I think back, two things stand out. 1)The wonderful hard-working people who gave their money and trust, to make a dream a reality.2) The incredible value, instant equity, location, and (ironically) a true sense of community that money can't buy. Thank you all!

Poor craftsmanship all around. This builder just wants to bang out homes to make money. Dont think twice, re-think at least 10 times before signing. You get a lot of square feet for your dollar but it's poorly finished square footage: warped and crooked walls, noisy plumbing, an HVAC ventilation setup that's ineffective, mis-matched siding, squeaky carpet padding, paint over spray throughout , etc. Some of the problems Maronda fixes, some of them they won't. Their Service Director will not get back in contact with you. They'll crack the whip on their sub-contractors but refuse to fix big ticket issues. I've often wondered how some of these people are able to sleep at night.
