Feedback:

New management, same issues, higher costs. Ive already sent an email because of a pest issue I am now experiencing. Bedbugs are now popping up in the apartment. I get up at 4am for work and there isn't any hot water but now there is a charge for water😑. I have to run the water for about 20-30 minutes for it to heat up. Some days it never does. Being a disabled vet I need the hot water, which some days after work there still is none. This is definitely a profit over people company.

Dingy, gross, bug/mold infested, bad management, no communication, lies, horrible maintenance, loud neighbors, bad area wouldn’t recommend could probably find better at the nearest motel 6.

Good clean place with 4 major grocery store chains dollar stores post office and library within a half a mile from my apt very convient especially during early am and late pm traffic i can still get what i need and skip the wait in traffic

I've lived here for 5 months now and can say it is my favorite apartment complex I have lived in so far in Denver. Great location, good people, and I haven't been bothered by any unwanted noise that comes with apartments sometimes. I recently just dealt with my first hiccup at this place (miscommunication on rent payment&late fee) and when I called the front office they helped me out by taking away the late fee this one time. I appreciate that so much. We are all human and mistakes happen. Thanks for understanding Hampden Heights!! 5Stars

I use to live here 4 yrs ago and loved it so much I decided to come back! Can’t wait to be a part of this community again. It is conveniently located to shopping and light rail. The leasing office staff is kind and helpful. Just over all a pleasant place to be.

I have been living here several years not but just discovered this review page. First of all, I miss the personable people who used to work in the office. Now you go in and everyone acts as if you are bothering them. The people in the office, on site, never have an answer or solution. It took 3 weeks to fix my AC, which still makes noise when its on. My garbage disposal was clogged for almost 3 weeks and I had to go in and demand they fix it because it was making my apartment smell like vomit. My dishwasher racks are falling apart, but that is not important enough to have someone come look at since its been a month since I complained about that. STAY AWAY

Ryan the Asst. Mgr, Billy and Chris (maintenance) were fantastic. The maintenance crew were on top of the work orders and you could tell they took pride in that. Very pleasant group of residents no one really had a complaint. Renovations were in line with what other properties of its age are doing. Solid construction built to last and it has... I remember having friends that lived here in the 90's . To me it's nicer now than ever. Couldn't hear neighbors upstairs or on the side inside the apartment I was touring. Concrete floors in between reduce the noise tremendously. Private entries is nice. Lush landscaping that buffers the street noise from Hampden. Could offer more amenities like newer properties but that would raise the prices. There are enough to amenities already. Good rounded out rental amounts. Ryan was the best, funny cheerful and understanding. Good luck to you buddie, great photographer btw. I want some smores by the camp fire and do that old jeeps only trail trip you were talking about.

Our year here has been frustrating and costly and all we got in return was being told they would not renew our lease because we complain to much. When we moved in things went ok and the lady that leased us the apartment was nice enough. However the apt was in way worse shape then the model we were shown but we sucked it up. Not even a month later we got a note taped on our door tell8ng us they had a cockroach issue and would be coming in to spray. The day arrives, the guys show up and then do nothing since they said we just moved in. Luckily only saw 2 that I killed. The laundry rooms are disgusting dirty, poorly lighting. People take your clothes out of the dryers just to use what you paid for. Complaints to management do nothing. Our vehicles have been broken into multiple times. Complaints to Brad and the regional manager got nothing. Continued complaints finally got some updated lighting. Woke up to gun shot one night. Called Brad the next morning. He asked for police report number. Talked about increased security with no results. It is almost impossible to figure out what your rent is monthly. You are sent a statement with one amount. Go to the portal a different amount. They change how you can pay all the time. The water has been shut off for repairs three times during the year. Don’t ask why they won’t say. The shut off is to 6 buildings at a time. Once the water comes back on then it takes more then 24 hours to get hot water. Most of the time you go to work the next day without showering. Dog poop is out of control and no one seems to care. If you complain they tell YOU to take a picture of the offending dog. Why is that my job. Final straw is 60 days prior to leaving we ask what our new lease amount might be. We are told it willl come in the mail. Two days later I come home from work to a notice saying they won’t renew our lease. Hi how is fine because I would not have stayed but no one can explain why. New management arrives and Brad and Lexi are now out. New management says they no no reason our lease would no5 be renewed nd tell us they will get us a cost to stay. Two weeks later still noting.

Liars trying to collect funds they were NEVER granted!!!! Get that mark off of my record or I will SUE. Case was dismissed because YOU BROKE THE LEASE NOT ME. Car accident, refusal of payment, MADE me leave against my lease then try and tell me I owe YOU $3200!?!? NOPE. Courthouse says I can sue if you don’t remove it!!!! So remove it NOW OR I HIRE AN ATTONEY. #GreystarCommunities #CollectingFromSuffering #Liars #Theives
