What a great establishment. I’ve been going to Kay for two years and everyone I go there, it’s quick and prompt and less $$ than competitors. I texted Kay to see if she was at the PBG and she said she was at the west palm store (I couldn’t afford the Uber down there) and she sent me to Keith. Upon arrival, I didn’t even have to mention my name, Keith knew who I was because of Kay and the service he provided was awesome! Thanks Kay and Keith!

It's interesting that a lot of these "reviewers" have one review, maybe Google should investigate? In any case the customer service was NOT great, and I wouldn't recommend iFixYouri to anyone. Terrible customer service, sold me on a product and when I came back with an issue they were dismissive and flat out didn't seem to care at all. Definitely not going back.

Apple and 2 At&T, locations told me my i phone was destroyed and was beyond repair. Imagine my surprise when I brought it in to this repair shop. Very nice and professional staff fixed it with-in a few hours! I happily paid $78.00 and will refer them to all my family and friends!

Garbage company...Would not recommend. Scammers, total bait & switch outfit. Very poor, rude customer service and deceptive business practices. Sent in two JAMBOX portable speakers in for 'free' diagnostic repair services with advertised free shipping both ways. I later learned that two-way Free shipping is only in effect if you pay for their overpriced, shoddy services. If you decline service, they hold your equipment hostage and demand shipping fees to return your property. Would not recommend or ever do business with them again.
