Visited this location more than once and nothing improve. Service is the worst for a place thats not full on a Friday family night. I only went to this location because the kids wanted to. Lots to fix if you are going to get 5 stars.

I was at the Red Robin in Greenbrier, Chesapeake, Virginia today. My server was John and he did a great job. He was friendly and took great care of us. I hope l get him again when I return. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is not because of the service which was wonderful but because my husband and I wanted our burgers to be cooked medium rare and were told we could have them that way. The way the kitchen is set up you can only get them medium or well done. That was my only disappointment.

So H O R R I B L E!!! never ever going back!! We were there almost two HOURS!!! It was just my son and I. She wouldnt clean our dirty plates off the table the entire time, we waited 30 minutes after we ate just for her to tell us the ice cream machine wasnt working which we know was a lie as the table across from is got ice creAm. She did not check on us but once, we sat down and I had to ask another server if we even had a server. I also had to ask another server if we could be get assistance. I mean it was insane. Calling corporate tomorrow, I want my money back. Do not waste your money there!!!

I am allergic to dairy and gluten. Ordered without cheese and croutons. No avocado, no egg with cheese when arrived. Sent back, reused chicken and avocado sent back again. Mor said they rinsed out the bowl instead of replacing the entire salad. I am now having a reaction to something they insist was not there. They removed the salad from our bill but then acted like it was my fault. General manager was not there. Thank you for listening. Red Robin @ gateway pavillion, Phoenix, AZ.

This is for the Red Robin #378 on Eureka in Southgate MI. Great manager, great servers and superb food. The manager Nick is one of the best managers that Red Robin could ask for. He comes to your table several times to make sure your food is good and the servers are meeting your needs. I also have to say that Melissa and Marcus are the favorite for servers. The pay great attention to your needs and refilling your drinks before they run out and asking if you would like any more fries or salad and they just keep on top of things. They are always friendly and have a smile on their face and are very attentive and pay lots of attention to detail. So I must say great manager, NIck and great servers Mellissa and Marcus. And I cant forget the cooks who do a wonderful job making my meal so tasty. Wish all the Red Robins could take lessons from NIck, Melissa and Marcus.
