I like the fact that they will interact directly with all of our vendors when issues occur or when upgrades are needed. Their 24/7/365 monitoring & HIPAA compliance features offer added security. Working with a new company sometimes presents access challenges, but the team at IMPACT made the transition seamless. Matt was very quick to respond and was able to set up remote access within a very short period of time. I was concerned when I learned we were going to another IT provider but transitioning from our previous IT provider to Impact went smoothly with no downtime for our business. When an issue occurs the problem is resolved quickly. I could not ask for a better team to work with especially Brian who goes out of his way to provide superior quality service.
