Speed varied all the time. It was usually on the slow side. I kept losing connection to their tower and called service. After two no-shows and not even a call to say they couldn't make it, I canceled service. Very poor customer service.

I little disappointed my expectations were to high with Infowest then they installed the router in the Garage! We were not getting any signal in the house until I called and after one month they came and put it inside and still they are charging me after it is their fault!
