Terrible, service down all the time. I have a Verizon phone and forced to use Inland Cellular's crappy network. Data blacked out and mobile service very spotty always for 'technical' issue. Get it together or sell your stuff to someone who will actually take care of it.

After 7 years finally have had enough... from the bad customer service this summer to the last 30 days. Dropped calls, no incoming calls, repeat text, and static phone lines that customers cant hear you. I am not talking one phone line I am talking 5 phone lines. We have lost personally in the last week $3000 and a new client, today almost lost another one because she couldn't hear me. One of Inland Cellular suggestions was if we are so unhappy maybe we should go someone where else.. WOW.. and in 6 months when we move we will, but unfortunately until then we can't transfer to a new company if we don't know whats in the area. But thanks for the support after 7 years and tons of referrals to your business this is how we are treated. Update 11/26 no response for review, emails or nothing and lost another customer due to bad cell service but no one will help us.. just tells us to find another vendor. UPdate as of Dec 3rd still no phones working trouble ticket in for 4 months, they said today maybe by the end of December we can have phones possibly working.
