This rating is only based on my first week, but if this is what I have to look forward to I have a real concerned for the future. Mu main concern is poor "connection" from my yard and primary job site. Their response is "we are working on upgrades". That does not get my trucks on the road.Their customer is run thru a messenger therefore you have to wait for a call back. Technicians are helpful but have no real answer for the lack of connection at the base site.
