May sure you watch what they pay you. They have not paid for the tip on a total of 18 jobs I did for them and when I tried to contact them over 15 time, but they refuse to respond. There are several better mystery shopping companies, so I would just working elsewhere.*Update****They finally replied to me and offered to pay me.

DO NOT do any shops/audits for which they will suspend your account if not completed. They will mess it up on their end, and suspend your account when you do not complete the audit they told you not to do. I had a dozenish shops in a row of 9/10 prior to this happening. Otherwise they are great for shops.

Worst experience ever! I performed a shop with them back in June and received a 10/10 on my shop. I have never been paid for completing the shop even after contacting the company numerous times and complaining to the BBB. I would avoid this company all together! It will cost you money instead of making money!In response to the owner...if you would have looked at my account, which I have since deleted, you would have seen that I performed the shop and turned in my evaluation in a complete and timely matter. I received a 10 out of 10 on my evaluation. After contacting the company about not being paid, I was told I needed to submit my SS number, which I did, but still never got paid. Check your facts before submitting a response and spouting off about your accomplishments.

First time working with this company, did an articulate and thorough review, was congratulated on it by Intellishop. Inquired as to pay date, was given one, date came and went andno replies to my further inquiries, what a scam, run the other way.UPDATE: after more inquiries I was able to finally get paid. I have since done 3 more shops and got paid without issue, so fair is fair and I went back and changed my review one year later.

This is an outstanding and trustworthy company. It has been a great supplement to my income. I was skeptical about secret shopping in the beginning due the plethora of scams. However, this company pays when they say they will and have great assignments. Many of them are quite simple as well. I encourage all to sign up.

They will use any excuse to not pay or to reduce your score. They said that the shop was not completed when I complained and they agreed that the shop was completed they reduced my score "because we had to contact you" They did not pay due to sending the wrong invoice. It was the correct invoice, sent it again, still no answer nor money.

I love this Mystery Shopper company. Mike Rody is great! He is flexible and always prompt and nice. If you read the guidelines, follow the rules and get your thorough, accurate report in on time, you will have no problem getting paid. Treat them with respect and you will receive that in return.
