How this store has a 2. something rating is a travesty. Great people, always friendly, always courteous. Great store all around.

I called up to the osage beach store to get information about my delivery and the lady i spoke with was rude automatically and was not helpfull at all. She did not give me other options i had to suggest differnt things i might be able to do to get my package. As i hung the phone up i heard her make a smart comment as well. Poor customer service. Way to treat your customer osage beach.

I had three packages today that I took to the UPS store. Two were fairly easy and the other was DirectTV equipment that needed returned. I was rather nervous because I had over 6 receivers, tons of cords, remotes, etc. and I figured it was going to take a while. The lady was friendly despite being under the weather. She had me in and out of her store quickly and painlessly. I was appreciative of her efficiency because I had several errands to run in a short amount of time.

This store does a great service and they are independently owned and operated. As a business owner myself I don't understand any of the negative responses as 95% of them are being directed to this UPS Store when they should be directed to UPS directly. I have been working with this store for the past 8 years or so and I have always been greeted with a smile and understanding if I had a question about my shipments. Keep up the good service!

I ordered something from amazon and they "attempted" to deliver and they're refusing to tell me why it wasn't delivered

Rude impatient arrogant driver would not allow me time to check parcel to insure if I was to accept or decline delivery. I declined, as he refused to let me open to see if it was heart medication or a tablet from AT&T. Have witness. When I ask why he was driving a U-Hual truck, he hatefully replied" because ee are just this damn busy"!

Did a return drop off for Amazon. Didn't ring anything up at the register but said I owed $1. I have returned before at other ups stores and never paid unless they rang something up.
