This office did an absolutely horrible job of "managing" my property in Brunswick. Over the course of a year, the tenants trashed my house, lost $2,100 in deposit money and paid $400 more toward damages. Despite this, and the fact that the lease held them accountable, I was still left with hundreds of dollars worth of outstanding damages. This office did not check on my property or make sure that the terms of the lease were complied with or enforced (smoking on property, dogs in the house) - even after seeing the state of affairs while showing the property. I spent a week during the turnover of tenants dealing with every aspect of the situation. I can't imagine how much worse it would have been if I wouldn't have been there to oversee everything. It was a HORRIBLE experience and I would NOT recommend this "management" company to ANYONE.
