My review is not as a customer but as a former job candidate. This information is somewhat dated because a friend of mine worked at IT Vibes until recently, and out of respect for her, I didn’t want to leave this review while she was still employed there.I went through 3 interviews with IT Vibes in about a one month period. Through each stage of the process I was assured that I was a quality candidate, even to the point where they began speaking to me about taking on a higher-complexity role that was a good fit with my experience and skill set, having been a project manager for 10+ years with CRM experience.After all that, Siva offered me $35,000 for a full-time job with no benefits. Kids straight out of college land better total rewards packages than this. This would have been more than a 50% pay cut from my previous job. Still, I liked what I’d heard, and I was willing to take a pay cut of up to $30k to get my foot in the door (now who else would do that?!)I very respectfully countered with my minimum salary requirement, reiterating what he’d outlined as job responsibilities. He never responded. At all. After numerous follow ups, I eventually gave up. I wasted 3 interviews and more than a month of my time for an extremely low-ball offer, followed by a complete ghosting.If you are looking at this review as a potential employee, please know that you will get egregiously low salary and zero benefits. And an employer who lacks the professionalism to respond to invested, quality candidates.
