I would trust Jonathan with anything, a camera, a tape, a computer. He is efficient, considerate, loves dogs and knows what he's doing. In the end he could not solve my computer problem, which was not his fault. He charged me only for the parts he ordered. How good was that? I'm bringing him another computer today, and a camera. I'm sure he will fix this one. I'll keep you posted.

Been there on a couple of instances, One was to replace a power supply on a laptop. Another was where a laptop wouldn't boot and we couldn't get the unbacked up files we needed. Jonathan was able to resolve both and at very reasonable rates. Even though I have a couple of repair shops closer and miles and no tolls, I will always be going here!

I called John mid morning with a question about my wife’s laptop. He gave me a quote, stuck to that quote, and had the laptop back within hours of me dropping it off good as new. We will for sure be bringing any and all computer issues to John from this point forward. Skip all the BS at Apple or anywhere else. Great experience!

Jonathan sold my friend a used laptop for about $200 that he claimed would be super fast with a solid state hard drive, but the computer is the opposite of that. It is so slow it's practically worthless. In addition to that, the computer still has someone else's name embedded as a user, along with their files, so the hard drive was never wiped clean before he sold it. Jonathan is very slick with a salesman type personality, but at the same time he can be condescending and abrasive in his tone. This store is not recommended.
