We thought the sales process was fine, until we got the building phase. Many cost that we were assured were built it, were not. For example, we had a walk out basement that we paid extra for. I asked the salesman directly if there was any way it could cost more. He said no, but in fact it cost a lot more when we got to building.That is just one of many examples that they claim were misunderstandings, but I believe to be dishonesty.
