My fiancé and I started looking at builders in North Ridgeville around November, and finally decided on K Hovnanian in March. Brandon made the process so incredibly easy, and was there every step of the way. He would let me text him at anytime if we had questions, and really has made this process so fun and enjoyable for my fiancé and I. We will be moving in in September and we cannot wait! I would recommended Brandon and K. Hovnanian homes to anyone!

We have recently purchased our Hovnanian home in Meadow Lakes. So far we love the home. It is just what we need with all the upgrades, etc. We have met several people in the development and everyone raves about living there. We are looking forward to it.The sales process with Brandon was an exceptional experience. Brandon is very knowledgeable about the home models and process. Brandon’s listening and understanding our needs was terrific. His responsiveness and responsibility is some of the best I have ever found. Brandon has not only been our sales representative, he has become a trusted advisor for other issues that have arisen.

When we started the process of looking to build a new home we quickly felt the development at Meadow Lakes provided what we were looking for. We had the good fortune of working with Brandon during the selection of our home and the lot type we wanted. Brandon always took the time to address an answer all question we had. He wasn't just trying to quickly sell a house he was actually interested in what we wanted and helped us get it. He kept us well informed and would follow up to ensure stress levels remained in control. We have enjoyed working with Brandon during this process.

I highly recommend K. Hovnanian homes if you're in the market to build a home. I built another home previously with a different builder. The offerings from KHOV are higher quality and come with more standard features than the competitors.Everyone has been very friendly and helpful through the whole process. Brandon Rolko, my salesman, made buying a new home easy. There was no pressure to buy. He was also able to help me find the best financing option my for needs.Make the move (literally)! You won't be disappointed!

After looking at a few existing homes, we decided to stop by a couple of new construction sites. The competitor was unremarkable. Brandon at K Hov stood out. He spent a *considerable* amount of time with us on our initial inquiry, explaining the process and giving us numbers. This made our decision to stick with K Hov easy. Brandon was very patient and responsive to our many questions. We are first-time homebuyers, and although it's impossible to completely avoid stress, it's comforting knowing Brandon is there to help us through all the decisions and tasks.

As First time home buyers my Fiancé and I were very new to the process. Brandon helped walk us through every step with great detail. If we had any questions night or day we could ask and get a quick response. His ability to help us when we had different work schedules was above and beyond helpful. So far so good. From the very beginning of our sales meeting with Brandon to our pre-con struction meeting with Bob and Chris and their intern we have felt very comfortable. Brandon kept in touch with us every step of the way. And just got our first e mail update from Chris regarding construction. Things so far are running smoothly and hope they continue on that path. As of this moment we would recommend K Hov!
