As a new business trying to get a foothold in the community we contacted KAT to help us with our marketing and name recognition. The staff and team members that worked on our project were extremely helpful and some of the nicest people you would hope to meet. They went above and beyond our expectations throughout the complete process, and went to great length to work within our budget. They were very informative and submitted excellent ideas. We were treated as family and felt like the KAT staff not only had our best interests at heart, but were genuinely concerned with our business success. We are delighted with their products and services and feel fortunate to have found them. I highly recommend them!

The Bismarck Larks give the folks at KAT 5 shining stars. As a new business looking to make a BIG SPLASH in our inaugural season, I knew our marketing plan would be a major part of educating fans about our unique approach to family friendly fun. While we pride ourselves on creative thinking and out of the box ideas, the folks at KAT really helped us flesh some of those ideas out and bring them to life. When I walked in, I had all these ideas for what we wanted to say but I really needed a professional to tell me how to say it clearly and succulently so fans would understand. Whitney, our project manager, was a rock star and could let me talk for 30 minutes and understood how to take everything I was saying and put it into 30 seconds. Once we finalized on a script, John and the rest of the video team took my words and turned them into two awesome commercials that I thought not only represented our brand but had the specific call to action elements I was looking for. And lastly, our relationship with KAT felt like a partnership. From Todd (the owner) to our account representative (Ryan) to our creative team, I felt like everyone at KAT was excited to work with us and see our vision come to life. if you are a small business owner with big ideas and need a team who's going to act like a true partner and help you bring that vision to life, I'd highly recommend working with the folks at KAT. You won't be disappointed.

As a Small Business owner at Advanced Fleet Services in Bismarck, I get the importance of customer service and the importance of reviews for a business online. I have worked with Kat Communications in developing and maintaining my website here for our business for about a year now and have had a very very good experience! My Rep Ryan Steinman is great as a sales rep, always there for all my needs and Greg k my creative/technical guy is awesome, very knowledgeable. I am glad I established with KAT Communications. I cam to KAT with the hope of them being able to develop a new TV commercial and personalized photography for my dental practice. And boy, did they deliver! Everyone that was involved in the projects was professional and effectively communicated the process and their expectations. KAT Communications was able to achieve the look and feel of what reflects my dental practice.
