The only bad spot in my wedding. Virtually all the food was cold and it was a hot item menu. I asked for a fajita station in addition to the rest of the menu and they did not bring anything to set the fajita station up on and tried to tell me that was my issue. While serving the fajitas they were giving guests one to two little strips of meat.I rented chairs and was told they had run out of them but they did bring what they could find. What they could find appeared to have been in someones dirty basement for over 20 years. If I had not had chair covers they would have been unusable. They asked me to let my guests serve themselves several times after I had been charged for a bartender. I had to keep pointing out that I was told I had to legally have someone in charge of the alcohol according to them, and I had paid for someone to do that. So many other smaller things occurred. The only time I cried during my entire engagement/wedding was dealing with this crew.I waited a week to write the coordinator Shirley and CC'd what appeared to be the owner on Linked In. I wanted to give the the information with little emotion and a better perspective before I wrote. To date, they have not responded at all.

We couldn't have been happier! We planned our wedding from out of state and Shirley helped make everything possible and as stress-free as possible. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and attentive!

Omg I just had wings that were harder then beef jerky. This is awful. Can someone please find a better cook to service us, for the price of this food it should taste better. It was nasty. Disgusting
