Don't use this guy. He has the personality of a wet noodle. I was impressed with him over the telephone,until I met him in person! I needed a receipt and he absolutely refused to email me one. Said it is against company policy. I told him it is holding up my money and he is a computer repair company and so am I and I need it as soon as possible and he would not budge. He was to worried about getting his sign installed in a really crappy, terrible retail location and was not interested in talking with me, (the customer) even though I had just paid 50 bucks for a 20 dollar part. He is more concerned about making a quick buck so he can pay back his parents. (next door in the million dollar house) than actually talking to and taking care of his customers, (unless you want to pay for a service contract)! What a puss, if there were stars to rate him by he wouldn't get any anyhow!!!
