A lot of the trailers were very nice, but the price of the rent for a single wide trailer is unbelievable high for such a small place, plus everything else as in all utilities, dog deposit & rent 40$ & cats are 30$ a mth not counting the big deposit for each animal. 920.$ is just the rent on a single wide trailer ! "CRAZY"
