Let me start by saying that if I could give these people no stars, I would. If they get your money, all consideration for who you are and what you need will go right out the window. I have had the 'pleasure' of meeting the owner. I cannot put it kindly. Imagine the most ignorant, belligerent, rude man you can, and that still won't put him into perspective. He damaged our house, screamed at me and never even finished the job. The 'contract' you sign states that certain things were supposed to be done that he never followed through on. Upon looking into a lawyer, they said it might cost the full amount of the house just to get them to finish the job. At that point, we just hired a contractor to come finish the job (who was an absolute delight after this clown).Also, I'm 90% certain they don't pull the proper permits in regards to remodeling/redesigning & relocation. A lot of things we're now looking into further were done very lazily and not up to code. Buyer, beware. The sales lady wasn't knowledgeable but at least she was friendly. Don't be drawn in by her. It'll all be downhill from there. There's a reason this company (both locations) has such a poor rating and I cannot put enough emphasis on this: Beware! They will take your money and leave you with an incomplete house in a hail storm. Inconsiderate people!In short- Go anywhere else. Buy a new home if you must. It's so much more worth it to spend the extra money and not get a damaged house because this company cannot deliver- Literally and figuratively.
