Poor customer service, poor product quality, took them longer time to deliver my products after making full payment and discovered my products weren't done by them. Lexoft is an outsourcing firm and they never did after sales follow up. Watch out people

Terrible customer service. . . Communication was smooth till I paid. After payment there was no follow up, whatsapp messages were read and no reply. Was told my item would be delivered within 24 hours, it has been 27 hours now and I've not heard from their delivery team. Was supposed to use the item before COB today but it's late already. Called them and they had no idea who was on the line . . . No response still as i type this. . . Bad customer service
