Charles, the owner, was fabulous! I had done my research and knew what a new hard drive would cost so his pricing didn’t surprise me. His determination to save my data made him my hero! I had backed up files but not everything! My suggestion to everyone is to make a list of your apps because under pressure I couldn’t remember names of my favorites. Charles was fabulous! I had my laptop back the next day! Don’t hesitate to use Live Mobile Technology!
