This property is not like a proper Radisson Blu grade of service. The property is well done as per Radisson Hotel chain property but many things I felt are substandard in service being a Radisson property. The restaurant hardly has any choice of Vegetarian food (may be just 8 items or dishes possible for Vegetarian) but yes I shall say the Lentil soup is nice and worth trying. Not sure of their Magarita pizza how it taste but did not seem too exciting so did not try it. Their were hardly any staff at the restaurant, the restaurant was literally dead. This Hotel does not serve or have any Alcohol at their restaurant or in the rooms. So they do not have a bar in the Hotel. The rooms are okay. Was also disappointed with the one of the staff at the front desk, I was at the hotel to meet a friend who is residing with them for few days and so when I reached the front desk I asked the staff behind the desk to connect me to my friends room through their in-house phone, to my surprise that staff was more keen on attending a external personal call on his cellphone and walked away towards the restaurant to connect the restaurant manager or staff with the person who had called on his cellphone. I guess he should have first attended to me as I was there at the counter before the call on his cellphone. To my surprise the same person was taking the food orders at the restaurant. When I asked him if they had any vegetarian food available he just smilingly stated they had a Pizza available, which really put me off. My second bad experience at a Radisson property.

Really liked the stay at Radisson Blu. I was here for a Business Trip from July 2019 and stayed here for 1 month. I liked the helpful nature of the staff, the gym facility, the wide range of breakfast options etc. The room was also very big with all facilities like kitchen facilities, washing machine, ironing table etc
