Beware doing business with this company. We spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with them over the years. But, our most recent projects were a disaster. For example, a battery operated circuit board only ran for three minutes, instead of the required 60-90 minutes! We were very dissatisfied, so we requested a meeting with their senior leadership who admitted that they had a number of staffing changes and some rogue employees that didn’t “follow their process” causing our projects to not be completed satisfactorily. Instead of fixing the issues caused by their admitted internal deficiencies, they demanded even more money, forcing us to solve the battery life problem through other resources. We ended up paying them $51,000 out of a total of $60,000, and after we asked for our money back they are now threatening to sue us for the $9,000! Jeez!
