My family has bought TV's and electronics from this business for over 15 years. And Louisa's Electronics is an excellent example of why you should shop locally. Their prices are competitive with just about anywhere, but more importantly, their customer service is outstanding. They're as knowledgeable as anyone about home entertainment products. Ericka and her staff will go the extra mile to help you out with any issues you might have, even years after you've bought something from them.

Everyone at Louisa's provides superb, friendly service and support. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and peripherals, and will be your best advocate in direct contact with manufacturers for warranty issues. This is home-town personal support at its best.

Very snooty...Apparently if you dont want to buy a super expensive home stereo system or 300 inch tv youre not good enough for these people. TalKed me out of a sale and made me feel like i was a nuisance. Will reccomend walmart over him.

Help with electronics is why I always purchase from Louisa's. They help with selection, and most important, they help with technical questions and set up, either by phone, in person at the store or in my home. They are there when I need them and they speak Durango English. Electronic devices, home entertainment in particular, eventually will require the technical expertise of Louisa's staff. Consider buying from then and take advantage of their outstanding service.
