Stopped in because I wanted to order some new attire for my employees while supporting a fellow local business.The receptionist greeted me right away asking me how she can help me. I greeted her in return and was only able to say "I am looking fo.." before she picked up the phone and started talking to another client. She didn't bother to excuse herself or even mention anything. That was my cue to leave and take my business elsewhere.I would have waited if she acknowledged that she needed to pick up the phone.

Service was impecables i was able to explain what I needed/wanted and they delivered. Jessica helped with the sizing and placement of the logo, she was wonderful. As it was a rushed job they truly exceeded my expectations. Tennis club was happy with their team shirts!

I didn't physically measure the dimensions of the over 200 shirts I ordered. As a result...the shirts look silly. The owner...Cotton Lowe...said...."they look fine to me". They offered no help whatsoever to resolving my issue. They seemed completely uninterested in my future business. I have been using them for years. I have previously ordered hundreds of shirts and banners from this company in the past. There will not be a future order for this company. Buyer Beware.

Lowegear is amazing. I was putting on a symposium and with two day notice I called them to make tshirts for our team with a custom design. They did it. Made men and women shirts and worked through any issue that came up. They were professional, courteous and responsive and I will definitely be using them again. Zarida was a life saver and I'm so thankful to them! Women In Surgery was a great success!
