Feedback:
After placing multiple phone calls and waiting weeks (which should have been our first clue) they finally came out to fix our sign. In the process of fixing it, they unplugged a cable. When we called them back to have it fixed, they charged us for 2 hours of labor for 30 minutes of work. After calling and questioning the charge for them fixing what they messed up, we were told they weren't sorry and to pay it anyways.
