I can't say enough GREAT things about Mako Logics. Our company has grown significantly over the past 10 years and Mako has been instrumental in ensuring our IT needs align with that growth. They've become a true partner of ours and feel like part of our company. Our IT rep is quick to respond and "act", efficient in his work and extremely patient with our employees. The owner, Russell, is so involved he feels like a friend. I can always count on Mako to provide honest advice that puts Bulldog first, over their bottom line, and that kind of service in unmatched. Excellent Customer ServiceMako saved the day with their back up services! After we caused a major QuickBooks error Mako quickly came to our rescue and implemented our previous days back up which resolved all problems for us. The quick response and diligent work effort was GREATLY appreciated because it allowed us to work thru this issue without down time at the office.
