We recently purchased a Malta townhome and couldn't be happier. The overall quality of the place was an honest surprise considering the price we paid for the place. There is an endless amount of amenities (it seems like we've discovered a new perk every day since we moved in) and the overall design, both inside and outside, is absolutely beautiful. So much so that I'm leaving my first company review I think I've ever written. At this point we have no plans to ever move out of this place, but if we do it's a guarantee we'll be coming straight back to Malta.

We purchased a home built by Malta Development and it is now 3 years old. I can say they cut as many corners as they could. They used nails on the drywall instead of screws so now we have numerous nail heads backing out. They did not use backer board under the tile and now we have tiles coming up and grout crumbling. They installed the septic system themselves instead of having an actual septic company install it and we have had it back up several times. I had a gutter company tell me the gutters were not installed correctly (angle was off for drainage) when I was having them cleaned. The furnace and AC units are right on the cusp of output to function in this size of house, they really should have gone with the next size up. Most of the floors in this house creak and there are three doors that don't close all the way. I would not suggest using this company, I used to live in an apartment built by them too and I should have known better. Who knows what other problems we will find down the line.
