Here's my experience with Maple Ridge Mobile Homes: I was interested in a mobile home and called Sandy Breen an agent who works for Maple Ridge and spoke with her and asked her to put an offer in to the seller and she said she would present my offer and get back with me the following day. I NEVER heard back from this Sandy Breen to this day and over 2 weeks later, she never even had the decency or semi professionalism to call me back or email me and explain what happened. The home of course was sold to someone else in the meantime and when I called Maple Ridge back they just said well, too bad. This is a totally incompetent and unethical group and if I could give them a zero or -100 rating I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
