This is by far the best tag office ever. The ladies go above and beyond to help our dealership and make sure we get everything that we need. Thanks ladies we truly appreciate all your hard work.

There was a short wait. The wait was nothing compared to all of the other tag office's. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The last one I was in I was there for 4 hrs. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few costumers that didn't has their stuff together (ie.) insurance, paperwork on new cars. It would have been even faster if everyone was prepared.

Only gave a 1 star because I had to! I called to ask a question about what I needed to complete the business I needed to take care of. Instead of listening and let me ask my question and explain the lady kept cutting me off and asking me questions before I even explained my situation and get a complete sentence out. I hung up and tried calling another more friendly tag agency.

Bad customer service. They were more worried about stapling papers together and their cell phones then helping people. They won't tell you what you need to bring with you for the services you are there for. They make up their own hours. Very inconvenient for driving 15 miles in hopes of saving some money and good service. Complete waste of time.
