Just across the water. Short walk around. Its a public. Gazebo for seeing fire works and feeding Ducks. A beautifully Sunny view. Also families teaching children to fish. A great spot to take the children for a walk. Love it.

We moved.in 3 weeks ago. The staff has.been wonderfully attentive to our needs. We are mostly unpacked and we feel at home.

Visited Marina Pointe in the pre-construction phase over two years ago and was showed a map of Marina Pointe that had star stickers over the units that were “sold”. The unit we were interested in was “sold out”. Fast forward 2+ years and construction looks mostly finished and I laugh and thank god we didn’t put a deposit on one of these units every time we drive by. The site is dark and mostly vacant. I guess management was lying about units being “sold out” 2+ years ago because they’re still on the market and to make things worse, they have many units now listed on Zillow as rentals. Shame on Beechwood Homes for falsely telling prospective buyers that units were mostly “sold out” to pressure them to put a deposit before they sell out. What an absolute joke. I hope all of the people who put a deposit down was successfully about to recoup their money. I would be livid if we put a deposit down on one of these units.

The asking monthly fee is ridiculous given the location. Maybe if the rent was reduced you would be able to fill up the vacant apartments!!!!
