Feedback:

Barry came out on short notice to fix our A/C when it went out on one of the hottest days of the year. He was very quick to diagnose and fix the condenser and got it up and running again. The bill was reasonable and the service professional. I'll definitely be calling again when it's time to replace it. Thanks for the great service!

These guys are Great we have been using them for years 1999 and up My parents found them and they referred them to us , each time we have called they came the same day they never left us in the cold!!! :). Love to spend our money with an actual locally owned business.

We called our furnace didn't work. They came out and discovered that we need a new furnace. OMG I thought. He stated that they could try to get it running but didn't guarentee that it continue to run. He did get it running. Saved us some money for now to get us through this winter. (Hopefully) . They are nice people to work with very understanding.

Barry came out on short notice and probobly saved the lives of a Veteran, his wife and kids whose heater went out in the freezing cold. Barry is absolutely amazing and i cant recommend this company enough. Outstanding work

My husband and I had our furnace go out about 2-3 weeks ago. We called around to many companies and found one guy named Dave (not this company), he came out and did his best to help figure out the problem and was very kind and professional, mind you he doesn’t work on modular home furnaces. He was honest with us in saying we should get another opinion and to the fact that he didn’t have the parts we needed right away. So we called Master Mobile and my husband spoke with Barry (the owner). He said he would come out to our home, but complained about the drive from Blaine to Braham. He said he would have to charge us $300+ extra just for him to come up this far. My husband said that seems excessive and Barry’s reply was well I hope you can find someone closer to you with the parts and knowledge we have (wow!). I’m sorry, but I work in Brooklyn Park and make that drive every day!! So finally he showed up after two days (we had no heat and I’m pregnant with 3 puppies at home!) and replaced the blower and charged us that extra and we paid him cash. About two to three weeks later the furnace went out again (today), so my husband called them and spoke with someone else as Barry is out of town. The man he spoke with was defensive, short and spoke down to him as if he’s an idiot the entire conversation as I could hear him and became heated about his tone. (yea my husband is no electrician, but he’s a well sought out sub contractor for his work and professionalism). After 20 minutes of him trying to troubleshoot over the phone he asked us if we wanted to set something up, again for the ridiculous extra charge of $300+. We said no and called Dave the first guy who kindly worked with us. AND GUESS WHAT! He had our furnace up and running in 1 minute! All that needed to be done was the batteries in the thermostat needed replacing, SO EASY. And why couldn’t a mobile home service provider figure that out?! Because they don’t know what they’re doing or to ask the right questions and are only out for money. Dave hasn’t charged us for either times he assisted us because that’s a human being who deeply cares about other people and not just the money. Will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY again!

Awesome! Barry is the best and his follow through is amazing. We recently had a client with a furnace that stopped working. One of the big repair companies said they needed whole new unit and didn’t think they could even do work on a modular home. We contacted Barry and he immediately put his team to work. He was on site within an hour and had the furnace repaired and running within 15 minutes arrival. His prices are affordable didn’t overcharge for parts. Barry and his team are the example of how all service providers should operate. Highly recommend using his service. You will not be disappointed.

We've used Master Mobile Home Services for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. They are fast, efficient and offer fair pricing. I placed a service call this morning and the tech was there around noon. He kept me informed about what he was doing and what was needed. We will be calling them for the replacement of our 23 year old unit.Edit: while service was quick and efficient, the part was charged at over twice what I would have paid had I been able to pick it up myself. I think 100% markup is a little unreasonable.
