I don't even want to give this place 1 star, but google forces me to give a review. Our driver was an hour early for his appointment. Treated poorly by the employees, at this facility, for asking any questions about what was taking so long, and ended up not even being assigned a door till 9 hours after his appointment time. Then after being assigned a door, it still took them over 4 hours to get the trailer loaded. This is the last time that my company will be burned at this facility and I would advise anyone thinking about booking a load out of here, to think twice. Brokers will offer big rates to take the freight, but it's too good to be true. Michael Foods of Gaylord, MN is a joke. They are completely unorganized and have no respect for the people that move their freight. Avoid this operation, that is ran by clowns, like the plague.

I knew this is gonna happen by reading the reviews. Check in 11:40am and out 9pm. This is THE worst place to get loaded. Make a conclusion by looking at these photos.

Eight hours so far. In the door for four........another four hours has passed (over 12 total so far). Employee at window receives premium pay for nastiness. Don't politely ask "how much longer do you think". That question is off limits.......Previous 5 star reviewers have to be close relatives.
