Had service for nearly five years before I moved to another state. In that time I can only recall two instances where my internet dropped. Only one of the two times was fixed by a modem reset and the other was a longer lasting outage. Their customer service was very helpful when I set up my package, the install team only had to come out one time and were very professional and it was very affordable ($53/month for 100Mb down/10 Mb up). Would recommend their internet service to anyone.

They do give you internet. First six months will be a good deal, then the price goes up. I've tried both Midco and SRT, the other ISP in town: basically indistinguishable.

give you projected lies of internet speeds that are truly horrendous. try playing video games on wifi is the absolute worst. even using a LAN cable to hardwire your system doesn't work well. have a broken app that doesn't work when you use it and customer service is not good. definitely do not reccomend.

Today I was stuck in the snow at the end of my driveway. 2 middco men stopped and helped me get out. They didn't have to, but they went out of the way and did a good deed! I thank you so much!
