Juanita Glenn and her Team went above and beyond during our family's time of difficulty, after losing my father. Every effort was made to print and produce top quality funeral programs and thank you cards--all uploaded to Ms. Glenn and her team. Every order was expedited and ready on time for what was required. I have and will always recommend Minuteman Press of Upper Marlboro to others--because they deliver what they promise, with exceptional quality and professionalism!

Minuteman Press did a great job! Originally I had gone to Staples and their service was poor, the color printer was down, I felt stuck. I decided to Google other printing services and I found Minuteman. It was Godsent because I needed programs for a funeral within 24 hours. The minute I walked in, I was greeted by everyone who worked there as if I was their first customer ever and they had just opened for business. I explained what I needed.and they even fixed one of my files to make it all work, so that it was printable. They also created a design. All of this was last minute. The programs looked beautiful! ❤️I highly recommend them. I will return in the future.

I have nothing but praise for the service I received. I actually went with this location after the first minuteman press I contacted failed to provide me with a quote when they stated. When I contacted the Upper Marlboro location, I was fairly stressed over the completion and printing of my father’s funeral program. Juanita listened to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions to reduce the cost and ensured me that the program would be ready on time. In addition, I worked with Tiara to fine tune one graphic I had in the program. Using my graphic program, I was able to create the look I wanted after her suggestion. The programs turned out great and based on Juanita’s suggestions cost effective too! While this was a difficult time, it was made a little easier working with Juanita and her staff. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

This is my new go to place for all my print needs. I cannot say enough about the level of customer service and professionalism!! They do it all- from simple prints jobs to complex print projects. I've had multi-page newsletters printed, oversized signage, and simple print jobs. I highly recommend Minuteman Press!
