Purchased a Thanksgiving door hanger on Nov. 8th, received and paid the invoice on November 10th. Requested to pick it up that same day and was told I would have to make an appointment. Made an appointment to pick up on Monday 11.13.17 at 11:30am. Was advised on 11.12 to message her business page when I was on my way to pick up the item on the 13th. Messaged the seller at 11:20am on the 13th to pick up the item, never received a response until 1:43pm, asking me what I was picking up, but never a confirmation on if the seller was available to pick up. Never heard anything back from her. I messaged her again on 11.16 at 10:32am to see if she was in the studio to allow me to pick up the item. She did not reply back until 7:56am on the 17th and at that time advised me she would not be available until Monday the 20th, 10 days after I had paid for and wanted to originally pick up the item. At this point I requested a refund and she did not acknowledge my request instead pushed for me to pick up on the other side of town over the weekend. Reluctantly I asked what hours she would be available to pick up across town and she again never responded and provided pick up times. On Wednesday, 11.22.17 at 10:12am, I again requested a refund after the multiple failed attempts to get the Thanksgiving themed item picked up. She replied back 2 hours later that she did not offer refunds and that she is "Not always available for pickup" I thoroughly reviewed her website, Facebook page(which is where I made the purchase through) and my invoice to see if it stated anywhere that she does not offer refunds and there was nothing posted on any of the pages. I advised her that I did not see this 'no refund' policy stated anywhere and requested the refund again, she went on about not seeing my messages requesting pick up and told me she was available that day. I advised her I was not available and again politely requested to simply have my purchase refunded since I had not picked up the item and at this point no longer wanted the item since the holiday was upon us. She again never responded. I waited until Sunday to see if she simply decided to process the refund and did not tell me. I waited until Sunday 11.26.17 to contact her again and ask for an update on the refund, to date she has still not responded to me, aside from an automated response.
