Was a customer for years until I needed help with my bill. I ran into some bank issues. Asked for 24 hours of phone service so i could contact my bank and get things sorted out and pay my bill. They granted me 48 hours of service and I was very grateful. However, what they didn't tell me was the 48 hours of service was not gesture of good faith. Instead it was a separate plan that they were billing me for...how convenient for them. 10 days after i paid my bill my service was shut off because the money i gave them did not go to the plan i'd been using for over 2 years. It instead went to some 3.99 a day plan that i had no idea i was a part of. When i tried to explain that i had no idea that i needed to change my plan back, the supervisor called me a liar and stated that they have it in their system that i was "educated" about the situation and should have changed the plans. I spent over an hour hearing the same scripted BS from someone who only knows enough English to read said script. Yet another horrible company who cares nothing about customers. Hope you enjoy the $20 you stole from me instead of the $300 I would have given you just this year for service.

I have been with boost Mobile for over 3 yrs I have not had any problems with them the nicest people who take the time to solve your problems if you gave any thank you Boost Mobile
