I would not recommend this guy to anyone. I took a laptop and a modem to him he does not do the work someone else does, I gave him the passwords to both he said he could not get in so he changed my hard drives on both with someone else info and tried to tell me he did not I gave him the ladies name her info and then showed him when I took it back. The so called new modem he gave me the ports don’t even work they are so lose that the will not connect. I will never use him again nor did I take my computers back I just replaced the parts and reported him to the BBB.

Jay is a terrible business owner, dropped off a laptop computer to be repaired and he told me it would be complete the next business day between 12-2. Tried contacting him several times with no answer then called the number on the business card he gave me turns out it wasn't his card it was for a tv repair shop that never heard of him. Finally wasted my time stopping by his business only to find out he never even started the repair. Instead of apologizing for never contacting me he laughed, guys a joke would never recommend his garbage service his price is the same as anyone else and they actually care about customers

Bought my 15 year old a computer laptop for about $120 out the door -had it about 18 months with no issues whatsoever. This guy is sometimes hard to catch but it was worth every time I could t catch him. For instance I went to Mac store to get mines fixed and they quoted me at $300+! Jay fixed that same computer for $49 bucks and I bought the other one since I set aside $200 just to fix mine. He even threw in better spyware a great pop up blocker and installed it onto both computers so I use mine for work and my daughter has hers for school, leisure, etc... she will take that to college with her next year! This guy is almost a genius when it comes to computers-he should work for cia or something cus he told me what to watch for and what to avoid and gave me knowledge at what he did while explaining the issue so I very much appreciate him. He wouldn’t even take a tip he just wanted us to be happy.
