So monday morning I went into this store to get a credit check and make an appointment for a new phone plan and they told me it was by appointment specifically so I made one. Today I walk into the store as someone literally walks in right before us and up to the counter. The teller Cassandra acknowledges that I am the 4 oclock appointment then ignores me for 35 mins before I had to tell her to get my phones so I could leave as I had plans at 5. Absolutely will be going somewhere else in the future what was the point of the appointment?!?!?!?

Calvin was nice to work with. I misunderstood the BOGO promotion and then after he explained it again, Then i understood . I got helped right away all the times.. glad we went with Mauston Verizon.

Great place to go! Staff was extremely nice and inviting and made me feel like a valued customer when it came to deciding which phone to get for my mother in law as she was new to the smart phone world! Highly recommend!

Sold me a junk phone, would not take it back or upgrade to a better phone. This store is an absolute ripoff. Charge you to pay your bill. Take advantage of kids, by selling them everything they don't need. Wait hours to get help. This store needs to be put out of business!
