I’ve had a few bad experiences at this store. The first one was that I came in and paid my bill, I then got a notification that my bill was late and my phone would be getting shut off. WHAT?! So I called and they told me that no one applied the money to the bill....? Second bad experience; I was looking to upgrade my iPhone 8plus because I was due for an upgrade. The night before I had spoken to a Verizon rep who explained to me in detail why I was eligible for and exactly what their promotions were. When I went to the store the next morning I was told I have to pay FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to upgrade. They also told me that the man I talked to was lying and trying to make money off of me...? Makes sense. This was the same woman who took 45 minutes one day to pay my bill. We decided to leave where I called Verizon again and explained my frustration. They explained that she was wrong to me. I then went to a different store and within an hour I had my new phone, and didn’t pay $400. They really need more training! I will never be returning to this store.

Horrible. I walked in to ask about a volume/audio problem I was having with my phone. When I asked about if she knew about issues or could do anything she said, No. I was speechless. Not an “I’m sorry I don’t know about that and will call someone” or anything remotely close to good customer service. She didn’t even ask the model or to see my phone at all. I will drive to Appleton to a real Verizon store.
