Suck!really bad customer service and they take way too long to fix a simple issue.They give you an approximate date when to pick up your electronics (I say approximate because it took them an extra month to complete mine).I'm never going back I'd advice the same.

Poor quality replacement parts. Although they usually save an otherwise busted phone, it may take you several trips before you have a reliable phone again. You may end up with a part that was previously used. I seemed to. I had done a factory reset before bringing it in. Either the apple store before them or these guys used the phone to do an authorized - possibly shady - transaction. This card, from a company I had never heard of - was the only one stored in my phone the next time I used my phone in a purchase. Yikes! I dunno if this information is stored in the part that was replaced or not so I cannot say for sure that they did it. But I doubt apple store did it. I also got bad advice on the two factor authentication recovery process when your 2nd device is no longer yours and ended up losing all my iCloud contacts. The bad advice on their part was a major setback.

These geeks have you covered. Ditch the $130 a year insurance you have with your carrier. These guys will fix you up with reasonable prices and their work is flawless. My phone is pretty much damn new after the repair work that was performed. Professional employees ready to earn your hard earned dollad

Brought in a non responsive phone that I simply wanted to have fixed as an extra "app" phone for the kiddos. Not only was the device fixed at a very reasonable price, they also took the extra step to make the device capable of becoming a "phone" again if the need arises Spot on Service, Kept me in the loop at every step. Great service/knowledge. Definitely my new Go To with any other cell phone repairs I may have in the future. Great job!!
