Very friendly staff! They have all the new movies for cheap, and even work with you on pre-ordering movies so you can have them when they release, or even pick it up after they've saved you a copy. They help with late fees if you assess some on your account, and have never wanted to deal with any other movie service. Beats redbox any day!!
